Female Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• To provide  supervision in accordance with agreed policies. Supervising and monitoring   caregivers and Domestic staff on issues like Nutrition (balanced diet), Health, mental and social activities of children (utmost welfare of children)
• Monitor children closely and ensure safety, effective drug administration and proper use of medical books. Ensure good relationship with children and effective monitoring of children. Resolve complaints from children and caregivers
• Assist the Head of Home prepare work time table for subordinates and ensure compliance
• Develop good relationship with the children, identify key areas of child development (cognitive, skills acquisition, with a view to getting the best out of the children.

Female Supervisor’s Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND in any related discipline
• Experience working in an educational, non-profit or medical institution (not less than 3 years) required
• Must be ready to work on Night shift
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Emotional resilience
• High level of integrity and discretion
• A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Working with children out of their home environment
• Ability to offer a high level of pastoral care to children

Salary Range N70-80K

Candidate must reside in Lagos Mainland
