Job Position: Field Engineer

Job Location: Lagos

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Engineer located in Ikeja. The Field Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and field service to ensure the effective installation and maintenance of security and information technology systems.
• This role involves project management tasks, including planning and executing projects, and maintaining clear, consistent communication with clients and team members to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Technical support, including troubleshooting and field service skills
• Effective communication skills with clients and team members
• Project management skills to oversee planning and executing projects
• A degree in engineering, information technology, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Capacity to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Previous experience in the security or IT industry is a plus.
