Job Position: Field Officer / Marketer
Job Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Job Summary

• Do you have a marketing experience and great relationship management skills? Redoak Care Agency is looking for a smart, intelligent Field Executive.
• We need a creative and dedicated individual with good reputation to fill a position for an experienced Field Executive to bring in clients, increase census, build network connections and internet marketing.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective clients, and take leads on existing clients.
• Prepare necessary paperwork (proposals, contracts, deeds, etc.)
• Drive traffic to our website and social media handle(s).
• Source and sign up new clients.
• Visit establishments to evaluate needs and promote the company’s services.
• Conduct follow-up calls to potential and existing clients via telephone and emails to sell our services.
• Contact new or existing customers to discuss how our service can meet their needs.

Requirements

• 3 years maximum working experience.
• B.Sc. / HND / OND in Marketing or any relevant discipline.
• Proven experience as a Field officer/Marketer.
• Experience in health care field is an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent customer service, Interpersonal and Communication skill.
• Ability to be proactive and deliver results.
• Attention to details, Integrity and discipline.
• Understanding of marketing and Negotiation skills.
• Pleasant and trustworthy.
• Ability to develop a quick rapport and can easily adapt and build relationships.

Remuneration

• Remuneration is competitive
• Salary: N30,000 - N60,000 monthly
