Job Overview
- Carmedis is looking for a skilled and driven Finance Executive to oversee and manage our financial operations.
- The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial health of the company by ensuring efficient financial management, planning, and analysis to support Carmedis' mission of transforming the automotive aftersales service industry through technology.
Responsibilities
- Financial Planning & Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies that align with Carmedis' goals and objectives.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare, monitor, and review budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with operational objectives.
- Financial Reporting: Generate accurate and timely financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Audit Coordination: Liaise with internal and external auditors, ensuring audits are conducted efficiently.
- Accounts Receivable/Payable: Oversee management of accounts payable and receivable to maintain accurate records.
- Financial Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Cost Management: Oversee and manage cost control processes to ensure the company's financial efficiency.
- Tax and Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, financial laws, and standards.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor and optimize cash flow to meet the company's operational needs.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate financial performance and insights to stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 1- 3 years of experience in a finance role.
- Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, ICAN, CFA) are highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software QuickBooks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
