Job Position: Finance Executive
Job Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Periodic financial transactions postings, recurring and nonrecurring journals
• Perform monthly bank and general ledger reconciliation
• Must be responsible for updating the financial spreadsheets, budgets and reconciling bank statement
• Support during month-close activities and reconciliations
• Comply with document retention policy and manage finance files
• Keep track of accounts payable and account receivable.
• Enter financial data into the system
• Adhere to current accounting/finance laws and regulation
• Update financial records
• Ensure that treatment of transactions complies with applicable accounting standards
• Keep abreast of regulatory requirements and best practices in accounting
• Maintain a very good working relationship with other units.
• Provide any other support as may be required by the business.

Requirements

• HND or B.Sc. in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Finance Assistant
• Excellent knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software
• Ability to work independently in a team

Salary
N120,000 - N130,000 monthly.
