We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Finance Executive
Job Location: Abuja

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in the same role.
• Excellent knowledge of account regulations, principles and procedures
• Hands on Experience with Freshbook and Quick book.
• Advanced MS Excel.
• Strong attention to details.
• B.Sc in Accounting or Finance.
• ACCA / ICAN.
• Must be resident in Abuja.

Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting transactions
• Prepare budget forecast.
• Publish monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
• Reconcile accounts.
• Ensure timely payments.
• Compute taxes and prepare/ensure tax returns.
• Manage balance sheets
• Report on company's health and liquidity.
• Audit financial transactions and documents.
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality.
• Comply with financial policies and regulations.
• Prepare invoices.
• Payroll administration.
