Job Position: Finance Officer

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities
We are currently looking to recruit a Finance Officer to join our team to perform the following functions:

• Maintain records and receipts for all our daily financial transactions
• Manage tax returns in compliance with tax regulations & statues.
• Reconcile all bank statements for consistency and accuracy.
• Prepare & process balance sheets and invoices for all business arms.
• Update internal systems with latest financial transactions and changes.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports accurately.
• Review and implement financial policies.
• Guarantee security of the cash and confidentiality of information.
• Participate in financial audits
• Assist with budget preparation and planning.

Requirements

• B.Sc degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
• Proven work experience as a Finance Officer or similar role
• Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures/regulations
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
• Professional qualification as an ICAN is considered a plus.
