Job Position: FMCG Sales Representative

Job Location: Maryland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Brief

• The Sales Representative has the key responsibility to receive, process orders and generate new business relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities
Other responsibilities of the Sales Representative includes:

• Work with the Business Development team to establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Constantly reach out to the company's clients through cold calling and other strategies laid down by the management.
• Supply management with reports on product needs as laid down by the customers.
• Continuously improve through feedback.
• Work directly with the Business Development Manager to achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedules.
• Issuing sales transaction invoices.
• Verifying orders, including clients' information and payment details.
• Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
• Compiling monthly sales reports.
• Develop and manage strategies to promote company sales.
• Working directly with the merchandisers to drive and promote company sales.
• Develop and manage strategies to promote company sales.
• Initiate and manage relationships with the company partners, vendors, and supermarkets, and clients.
• Constant generation and management of leads for the company.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of OND in a Management course or its related field.
• Proven work experience (At least 1 year) as a Sales Representative, Merchandiser or Sales support agent in an FMCG.
• Knowledge of implementing sales and marketing policy and procedures.
• Hands-on experience with a CRM software and MS Office.
• Understanding of sales performance metrics.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work under strict deadlines.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Salary
N50,000 - N70,000 Monthly.
