Qualification


  • Minimum of OND/NCE from a recognized technical institution.
  • At least 2 years work experience in construction firm/company.
  • Applicants must reside within Lagos.

Job Description

  • Perform supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company policy and procedure.
  • Coordinate and oversee various construction, repair and rebuilding projects such.
  • Determine work procedures, prepare work schedules/logs, and expedite workflow among site staff.
  • Establish work zones and traffic control for employee and public safety.
  • Prepare surveys and reports for project maintenance recommendations.
  • Evaluate new procedures, processes, and equipment.
  • Secure supplies, materials and equipment for daily work projects and maintain equipment and tools at the sites.
  • Coordinate waste removal and other emergency operations in the project sites.
  • Train employees in safety matters, procedures and equipment operation and address errors and complaints.
  • Report to work outside of normal work hours for emergency operations.
  • Perform related duties as to specific assignments.
  • Provide service to clients by answering questions, providing information, making.
  • referrals and assuring appropriate follow through and/or resolution.
  • Communicate with managers, supervisors, co-workers, and others and maintain confidentiality.
  • Supervising sub contractors and other labour workers.
  • Ordering and following up on site material deliveries.
