We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Freelance Recruiter
Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

• We are looking for an experienced recruitment professional to work as a freelance recruiter on either a full-time or part-time basis with an excellent earning opportunity - commission-based.
• Availability to work remotely or physically.
• Candidate must have prior recruitment experience preferably in Medical / Executive roles but other recruitment experiences are also welcome.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a host of assigned searches.
• Source, screen, schedule, conduct interviews, and process all prospective candidates.
• Conduct screening interview
• Actively source candidates for open positions/roles using all possible recruitment methods – web portals, postings, social networks, databases, referrals and contacts.

Required Skills

• Manage expectations with the hiring managers.
• Adept at communicating effectively across all levels.
• Capable of working successfully within a team as well as independently.
• Pro-active and hands-on attitude to work.
• Partner with hiring managers to gather requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.

Required Experience

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree 
• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience.
• Medical/Executive roles recruitment experience preferred.
• Extensive sourcing experience using social networks, research, and personal network.
• Fluency in English.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
