Job Position: Frontend Mobile App Developer

About the Role

• As a frontend app developer on the Cashir team, you’ll take on building, testing and deploying quality mobile apps, and you’ll work on big new ideas that will transform how people perform financial transactions.
• You’ll collaborate with engineers, product managers and some of the best designers and researchers in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.
• You’ll make magic by crafting and shipping delicious and fabulous experiences for people around the world that use and trust Cashir.

What You’ll Do

• Delivers across the entire app life cycle – concept, design, build, deploy, test, release to the App Stores and support.
• Interact with back-end developers, designers, and the rest of the team to build, test and release well-architected and high-quality solutions
• Understands the “cutting edge” technology, while delivering reliable functionality to the market.
• Optimises performance and user experience for mobile applications.
• Creates conceptual and detailed technical design documents.
• Adopts and implements standards and best practises for software development.
• Developing new features and user interfaces from wireframe models
• Fixing bugs and performance problems
• Writing clean, readable, and testable code
• Translation of designer mock-ups and wireframes into front-end code
• Front-end integration with API back-end.

Qualification Requirements

• Preferably 2 - 4 years of working experience as a frontend app developer with a minimum of HND or Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
• Familiarity with the iOS development, Android SDK, Flutter, Hybrid/Cross Platform Mobile App Technologies
• Must have worked on apps that are published on the Google Play Store and App Store.
• Solid knowledge of mobile user interface development.
• Understanding of basic software design patterns
• Experience writing mobile applications that can work on multiple platforms.
• Experience with Google Flutter and Dart
• A strong passion for stellar UI, UX and design.
• Resilience when solving difficult problems.
• An open and inquisitive mind that questions assumptions (even your own)
• Understanding mobile app design guidelines on each platform and being aware of their differences.
• Proven ability to manage priorities and timelines.
• Extremely responsive, with a strong sense of urgency.
• Responsible, conscientious, organised, self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision.
• Have a passion for FinTech, IoT, or other emerging tech enterprise verticals.
• Must be following CashirApp on all social media platforms.
