Job Description

• We are seeking a dynamic NYSC Corps Member to serve as our Front Desk/Customer Service Representative, acting as the first point of contact for our esteemed clients at Gadol Finance Company Limited.
• This role combines professional reception duties with administrative support, offering an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate to gain hands-on experience in the financial services sector while developing essential business skills.
• The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication abilities, maintain a welcoming office environment, and efficiently handle front desk operations while supporting our team's daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome.
• Manage incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and maintaining office supplies.

Requirements

• Currently undergoing NYSC or a recent graduate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office management.
