Job Position: General Manager

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role as a General Manager at Davidorlah Farms located in Lekki.
• The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the farm, managing staff, implementing strategic plans, and ensuring the effective running of all farm activities to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field
• Experience in agribusiness management and operations
• Leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of modern agricultural techniques and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Financial management and budgeting skills
• Experience working.
