We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: General Manager

Job Location: Lekki Phase I, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall performance of the Salon and Spa
• Customer Engagement
• Set Operatives goals and objectives
• Train, coach and motivate employees.
• Prepare and implement standard operating procedures.
• Develop, Organize and Monitor Staff schedules.
• Coordinate Salon operations during each shift
• Interact with customers.
• Advise customers on hairstyles and other products.
• Maintain business records
• And every other duties as assigned to you per- time.

Requirements

• B.Sc / BA in Business Administration, Social Sciences or relevant field with a minimum of 4 years work experience
• Proven experience as an operation supervisor or Admin Manager or General Manager.
• Knowledge of customer relationship management.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
• Problem-solving and decision-making attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the Hair, Beauty, and Spa industry would be an advantage.
