Description

• We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated general manager to oversee the operations of a reputable hotel in Benin City, Nigeria.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure top-notch guest experience
• Manage staff performance, scheduling, and development
• Drive revenue growth and ensure cost control
• Implement operational policies and maintain high service standards
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations
• Lead marketing and promotional activities to boost occupancy

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management or a senior hospitality role
• Proven leadership and staff management skills
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, customer service, and budgeting
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Accommodation

• Salary: N800,000 - N1,000,000 monthly.
