Job Summary

• The General Manager will oversee the end-to-end operations of real estate projects, with a strong focus on supervising large-scale building and infrastructure developments.
• The role requires strategic leadership, construction oversight, team coordination, and financial accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of real estate development projects
• Supervise large-scale construction projects from planning to completion
• Coordinate architects, contractors, engineers, and vendors
• Drive sales, leasing, and marketing strategies for completed properties
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and project timelines
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and resource planning
• Lead site inspections, progress reviews, and quality assurance
• Report regularly to executive leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, or related fields
• Minimum of 5 years in real estate/project management, with hands-on building supervision experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and contract negotiation skills
• Proven ability to manage large teams and multi-million-naira projects
• Must reside within the Lekki-Epe expressway of Lagos State, Nigeria.
