Role Summary

• We’re accelerating clean energy adoption across Nigeria and we need a powerhouse leader to scale our impact.
• The General Manager, Sales & Marketing will shape and execute growth strategy across LPG and clean energy solutions, driving revenue, market penetration, and brand leadership nationwide.
• This executive will build high-performing teams, strengthen channel partnerships, and champion innovation that enables households and businesses to transition from solid fuels to modern energy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sales and marketing strategy development aligned with company vision and revenue goals
• Expand distribution networks, partners, and regional operations across Nigeria
• Drive nationwide adoption of LPG solutions, including mobile kitchens, cylinders, and digital platforms
• Establish performance dashboards, pipeline forecasting, and market analytics
• Oversee brand visibility, communication strategy, and community marketing campaigns
• Manage large enterprise accounts, government stakeholders & strategic investors
• Lead and coach national sales and marketing teams for high productivity and growth
• Own annual sales budgets, pricing models, and profitability tracking
• Oversee product commercialization and customer experience improvement
• Represent the company at industry events, regulatory bodies, and trade forums.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in sales/marketing, ideally in LPG, energy, FMCG, or related sectors
• Proven track record of scaling products/services nationally and delivering revenue targets
• Strong stakeholder engagement capability including government, regulatory, and distribution networks
• Entrepreneurial mindset, resilience, and data-driven decision-making.
