Job Position: Global Admin Manager
Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria

About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Global Admin Manager to oversee administrative staff and operations across Africa.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative duties, refining, and standardizing processes, and ensuring efficient and effective operations across multiple countries.
Responsibilities
What you would be expected to do:
Policy Development and Implementation:
- Create and enforce policies that ensure consistency and compliance across all regions, including travel policies that adhere to local and international laws.
Operational Oversight and Efficiency:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, which includes, managing travel logistics for employees traveling internationally. Ensure operational processes are streamlined and cost-efficient.
Travel Management:
- Coordinate all aspects of corporate travel, including booking flights and accommodations, securing travel visas, negotiating with travel service providers, and managing travel emergencies.
- Develop strategies to minimize travel costs and disruptions while maximizing safety and compliance with travel policies.
Team Management and Development:
- Manage administrative teams worldwide, and also provide guidance particularly in managing complex travel arrangements and training them on new travel policies and tools.
Escalation Management:
- Handle high-level operational issues, including significant travel disruptions or emergency situations, ensuring quick resolution and minimal impact on business continuity.
- Develop, refine, and standardize administrative processes and procedures across countries, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
- Implement and ensure all administrative systems, tools, and technology are well maintained to enhance productivity and accuracy.
- Work with regional and country managers to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Assess and report on administrative metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources, to ensure that all costs and expenses are kept within acceptable levels and within budget.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and customer service excellence.
Requirements
You might be a strong candidate if you:
- Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in administration, operations, or management, with a focus on multi-country or global operations.
- Proven management experience, with a track record of success in managing diverse teams.
- Good strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data.
- Master’s Degree will be an added advantage.
- Certification in administration, operations, or management (e.g., CMA, CPA, or PMP) will be a nice to have.
- Experience Managing a team across different countries, with knowledge of regional dynamics and cultural nuances is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or equivalent productivity software.
- Experience with administrative systems, tools, and technology, such as HRIS, ERP, or CRM.
- Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements, with a focus on compliance and risk management.
- Ability to travel occasionally (up to 20%) to other countries.
