We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Graduate Customer Service Representative (English, Pidgin & any other Nigerian Dialect)

Job Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Escalating issues via appropriate channels
• Detailed about products/services
• Resolving complaints using tools/techniques
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Job Requirements

• Qualifications: NCE, HND & Bachelors Degree
• 0 - 2 years experience as a customer care agent
• Ability to stay calm and professional regardless of clients’ unpleasant utterances
• Must be articulate and fluent in English, Pidgin and any other Nigerian dialect
• Must be a convincing personality
• Candidates must be available for immediate resumption
• Candidate must live around Ikeja, Ojodu, Ojota, Oshodi, Ogba and environs.

Remuneration
Basic Salary + Performance Bonus.
