Matrix Design & Works Limited is a furniture manufacturing company that is into bespoke furniture works for its clients.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Social Media Personnel (Fresh Graduate / NYSC)
Job Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Responsible for creating and administering content on all social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.
• Establish a strong social media presence, website and content development.
• Establish a knowledge storehouse of clients, referrals, by supervising database of client relationship management and utilize the result to manage client & mailing list
• Respond to queries & complaints from clients as regards the company’s product & service.
• Implement customer satisfaction survey to understand customer perception of organization’s products and services.
• Network and establish a strong relationship with other companies i.e. online vendors (konga, Jumia, jiji etc) and shop outlets.

Requirements

• Degree in any related course.
• Graphic Design Skills
• Proximity to location
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Graphics design, Ms. Word, PowerPoint etc.
