Description 

• We are seeking a skilled Graphics Designer to join our team and contribute to the creation of visually appealing and effective print and digital designs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Design Execution: Create high-quality designs for print materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, packaging, and other promotional items.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and production teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Concept Development: Develop creative ideas and concepts for various design projects, ensuring they meet the client's needs and project objectives.
• User Experience: Ensure designs are user-friendly and enhance the overall user experience. - Prototyping: Develop mock-ups and prototypes to illustrate design ideas and concepts.
• Feedback Integration: Revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing results.
• Asset Creation: Prepare design assets for production, ensuring they meet print specifications and quality standards.

Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree, HND.
• Work Experience: 2-3 years of professional design experience, preferably in a printing company, digital design projects.
• Collaboration: Demonstrated experience working in cross-functional teams

Required Skills:

• Graphic Design Software: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) , Coreldraw.
• Typography and Color Theory: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for articulating design concepts and solutions.
• Attention to Details: High attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
