Job Position: Graphics / Creative Director

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the visual look for all work on respective brands assigned, making sure the client's marketing materials are visually engaging and that the selling message is clear.
• Direct the visual elements of the campaign whether it's designing ads, websites, outdoor media, and brochures for an advertising agency on behalf of its clients.
• Ideate with a copywriter to develop concepts for ad campaigns.
• Lead brainstorming sessions with other members of the creative team to develop concepts for a new business presentation.
• Direct photo shoots and co-direct video shoots.
• Introducing and applying expert art direction to the visual elements of creative projects
• Ensuring a high standard of visual execution across all media and campaigns
• Inspiring and motivating the agency’s clients to be creatively progressive, through the application of fresh and inventive visual work
• Taking ownership of the visual elements of creative work for new business pitches
• Uncovering new ways to incorporate emerging and new media formats into campaigns.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 4 - 11 years of relevant work experience.
