Graphics Designer

<p>A Christian organization ordained to inspire every man to seek to know God intimately and strive to show God distinctly to his world, through the unique gifts within him is seeking a creative and dedicated Graphics Designer to join her media team and help them visually communicate their mission and values.</p> <p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p> <p>The Graphics Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and spiritually uplifting graphics for various church activities and communication platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical skills, and a passion for supporting the church&rsquo;s mission through visual arts.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p>1. Graphic Design:</p> <p>Design compelling visual content for church services, events, social media, website, and print materials.</p> <p>Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity for the church&rsquo;s brand.</p> <p>Create graphics for sermon series, announcements, event promotions, and special programs.</p> <p>Design newsletters, flyers, posters, banners, and other promotional materials.</p> <p>2. Creative Collaboration:</p> <p>Work closely with the pastoral team, media team, and ministry leaders to understand design needs and deliver creative solutions.</p> <p>Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for visual content.</p> <p>Provide input on creative direction and project timelines.</p> <p>3. Technical Proficiency:</p> <p>Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.</p> <p>Ensure all designs are optimized for different platforms and devices.</p> <p>Troubleshoot technical issues related to design projects.</p> <p>4. Project Management:</p> <p>Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.</p> <p>Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects.</p> <p>Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve skills and stay ahead of the competition.</p> <p>5.
