Job Description
Graphics Designer Responsibilities

• Develop innovative and eye-catching designs for digital and print media, including social media graphics, website elements, brochures, flyers, banners, and advertisements.
• Collaborating with the marketing and content teams to bring concepts to life, ensuring brand consistency and enhancing our visual communication.
• Use a variety of design software and tools to produce high-quality graphics and layouts.
• Provide design support for website development, email marketing campaigns, and other promotional activities.
• Review and approve final designs before production to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Ensure all designs align with the brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all marketing materials.
• Continuously stay updated with design trends, techniques, and industry best practices to bring fresh and creative ideas to the table.
• Work closely with the content team to integrate visual elements into various materials, enhancing their overall appeal.
• Solid understanding of design principles, layout, color theory, typography, and visual communication.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with varying deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Video Editor

• As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for assembling raw footage into polished and engaging videos for various purposes, including marketing campaigns, social media, tutorials, and internal communications.
• Your role will be pivotal in enhancing our visual storytelling and elevating our video content.

Responsibilities:

• Edit and manipulate video footage to create high-quality videos, ensuring smooth transitions, audio synchronization, and visual coherence.
• Trim, cut, and rearrange footage to produce concise and impactful videos that align with project objectives.
• Continuously explore innovative editing techniques and stay updated with industry trends to enhance video quality.
• Ensure all videos align with the brand’s tone, style, and messaging, maintaining consistent visual storytelling.
• Incorporate engaging visual effects, graphics, and animations to enhance video content.
• Select suitable music, voice-overs, and sound effects to complement the visuals and reinforce the message.
• Collaborate with the content team to understand video requirements, style guidelines, and target audience preferences.
• Review and approve final videos before publication, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
• Manage video files, backups, and organization to facilitate smooth workflow and retrieval.
