Job Description

• We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Graphics Designer/IT Specialist to support our visual content creation and manage our IT infrastructure.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and a solid understanding of IT systems and support.

Responsibilities
Graphic Design:

• Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts in image and motion for digital and print media.
• Design marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and website elements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and maintain the company’s brand identity.
• Edit and enhance photos, videos, and other multimedia content.
• Stay updated with design trends and software advancements.

IT Specialist:

• Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems, including hardware, software, and network issues.
• Provide technical support to staff and assist with IT-related queries and problems.
• Install, configure, and update software and hardware as needed.
• Ensure data security and backup procedures are implemented and followed.
• Assist with website maintenance and updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and IT Specialist.
• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDRAW).
• Solid understanding of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting.
• Strong creative and technical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with web design and development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
• Knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity practices.
