We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Graphics Designer
Job Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design:

• Create visually compelling graphics, including digital and print collateral, social media graphics, brochures, banners, and other marketing materials.
• Design and optimize graphics for online platforms, ensuring alignment with the company's visual identity and branding guidelines.

Branding:

• Ensure consistent application of the company's brand guidelines across all design elements.
• Contribute to the development and evolution of the company's visual identity.

Digital Media:

• Design graphics for digital media channels, including social media posts, website elements, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create engaging visuals for online promotions.

Print Collateral:

• Produce high-quality print materials, such as brochures, flyers, posters, and signage.
• Liaise with print vendors to ensure accurate production and timely delivery of materials.

Photography and Image Editing:

• Assist in photo editing and manipulation to enhance the visual appeal of marketing materials.
• Collaborate with photographers to ensure high-quality images for marketing use.

Creative Concept Development:

• Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Provide input on visual elements that resonate with the target audience.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align visual elements with overall messaging.

Market Trends and Tools:

• Stay informed about industry trends and design tools.
• Continuously update skills to leverage new design technologies and methodologies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Proven experience as a graphics designer, preferably in the real estate or related industry.
• Knowledge of print production processes and digital media requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, coral draw, still image, 3D, motion graphics and figma).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
