Job Position: Graphics Designer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Designing and creating visual assets for digital, events, outdoor and print materials, such as brochures, banners, social media graphics, and website elements.
• Collaborating with the Brand/cross functional teams to understand project requirements, target audience, brand guidelines and achieve cohesive and impactful design solutions,.
• Developing innovative design concepts that effectively communicate key messages and enhance the organization’s visual identity.
• Translating design concepts into functional websites.
• Implementing responsive design techniques to ensure websites are optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
• Conducting website maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
• Incorporating feedback and making revisions to designs and websites as necessary.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, design principles, software tools.
• Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine designs and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Maintain organized design files and assets for easy access and reference

Qualifications and Skills

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree.
• Proven experience as a graphic artist and web designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with team members and understand project requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as CorelDraw, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Knowledge of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design principles.
• Excellent creativity and artistic skills, with the ability to balance aesthetics and functionality.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality designs and functional websites.
