Cashir is a fintech company pushing the boundaries in cash payment and digitization. We are a young startup building a platform for everyone to be the bank.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Graphics Designer

Job Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Part-time

Job Description

• Deliver relevant, usable and visually appealing designs.
• Handle graphics design ideas and creation for the brand
• Ensure all posts on our social media page goes in line with the brand’s concept
• Obsess over the details of visual contents.
• Meet up with deadlines
• Work with the marketing team to have unified ideas and results
• Identify national and international days, and create posts to celebrate such days.
• Ship, measure and improve your designs based on quantitative and qualitative feedback.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification of HND
• Ability to make use of Figma, Canva and other Adobe Suite e.g. Illustrator, photoshop etc.
• Minimum of 1 year of working experience in a similar role (Previous experience with a fintech company is an added advantage)
• Must have a creative mind
• Responsible, conscientious, organised, self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision.
• Must have a valid ID card
• Understanding of the technology and startup ecosystem.
• Must have a smartphone (minimum of 3GB RAM).
• Have a functioning computer with relevant software for a graphics designer.
