Job Summary

• George Houston Resources is currently seeking to recruit a qualified individual for the position of Group Executive Director, Operations for a reputable oil and gas engineering and servicing company located in Port Harcourt, Nigeria.

Job Duties / Description

• Oversee all operational activities and ensure ficiency, compliance, and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational performance and client satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor, and support teams in achieving operational excellence across the organization.
• Establish and maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental practices.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to drive innovation and sustainable growth within the oil and gas sector.

Qualiifcations / Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, MBA
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in operations within the oil and gas servicing industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in operations management, process optimization, and strategic planning.
• Strong leadership skills and an innovative approach to operational management.
