Job Position: Guest Relations Officer

Job Location: Ilorin, Kwara 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description 

• Attend to guest's enquiries phycally and on phone
• Check-in guest appropriately
• Ensure guest experience service at all times
• Making booking and reservations for guests
• Welcoming the guest with appropriate hospitality gestures
• Carry out other duties as assigned by supervisor.
