Job Position: Head Corporate Finance & Research
Job Location: Lagos

Requirements
He or She is expected to have good/demonstrable experience of:

• Macro & Micro economics,
• Financial markets.
• Financial advisory services (FAS) and Research.
• Deal/ transaction structuring.
• Cradle to grave experience of capital structuring, capital issuance.
• Business combination and project Finance.
• Analysis of market & Financial instruments.
• Deal /transaction execution in a timely & efficient manner.
• Strong presentation skills.

Qualification/Experience

• First degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics
• Possession of postgraduate degree like MBA, MSc, ACA, ACIB, ACS will be an added advantage.
• Must be a Registered Sponsored Individual with Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC).
• 2-4 years cognate experience in a good and leading investment banking/consulting environment is required
