Job Position: Head Human Resources Manager

Job Location: Wuse 2, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business strategy.
• Partner with senior leadership to support organizational growth and transformation.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and high engagement.
• Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, on boarding, and succession planning.
• Lead strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
• Design and manage performance appraisal systems and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Drive performance improvement and professional development programs.
• Promote a positive work environment and resolve workplace issues.
• Develop initiatives to increase employee satisfaction and reduce turnover.
• Design competitive compensation structures and benefits programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and compensation regulations.
• Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks related to HR practices.
• Identify skill gaps and implement training programs.
• Promote a learning culture through leadership development and career planning.
• Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to leadership for decision-making.
• Prepare reports on HR performance, workforce trends, and initiatives.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR systems, and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strategic thinking with strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Experience in change management, organizational development, and HR transformation is preferred.
• CIPM or SHRM,or equivalent HR certifications.
• 7 - 10 years of work experience, at least 3 years in managerial role

Salary
N350,000 - N400, 000 Monthly.
