Libra Insurance Brokers Limited is a broking outfit in Nigeria registered with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) NO. RC 255893 and duly licensed by National Insurance Commission – RBC 050 as well as Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers (NCRIB) RB-276.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Head, Marketing
Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Our company is currently in need of an experienced insurance professional to manage its Marketing department.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding new customers, promoting and selling the company’s insurance plans. The goal is to steadily forge long-term relationships to secure the company’s revenues and growth.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for inventing effective marketing strategies to sell insurance plans to new clients or up-sell to current clients using methods such as networking, cold calling etc. to spot opportunities and cultivate trust with potential customers.

Requirements
The ideal candidate must:

• Have considerable experience as an insurance broker
• Knowledgeable in all types of insurance plans (automobile, fire, life, property, medical etc.)
• Basic understanding of IT and well conversant with the new media
• Results-driven
• Demonstrated ability to present, persuade and eventually sell
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships
• Must have a B.Sc. degree/HND in any discipline.
• Must have at least 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing
