Job Description
The head of business will foresee all activities, supervise and monitor operations to achieve measurable goals that are in the interest of the company.

Job Responsibilities

• The Business Head will be positioned to drive the business for high-efficiency metrics to enable synergies and diversity accentuating viability.
• Candidate shall act as a focal point for implementing business plans.
• He/ she would have spearheaded reorganization, develop plans and institute strategies for business growth.
• The Candidate is expected to put in place strategies that would expand the business scale and increase revenue.
• The candidate will manage all budget cost closely, define growth and create strong business units for diversity
• He/ She will need to define the vision and mission of the company to all employees, motivate them and sets targets for performance at all levels.
• Foster teamwork and commitment within the organization in order to achieve the short, medium and long-term goal of the business.
• He/She, as head of business would be responsible for identifying possible business opportunities, drive marketing initiatives, market research and launching new products to grow business.

Competence Requirements

• Relevant exposure in media & marketing management
• Ability to organize large audience symposiums.
• Proficiency in the use of basic Microsoft Office Suite Applications and PowerPoint
• Should have not change jobs frequently
• Ability to think out of the box and a sense of seeing a bigger picture
• Very highly focus on implementation
• Knack for ensuring due process and prompt job delivery
• Strong intellectual and analytical skills
• Excellent influencing and communication skills
• Project management skills
• Integrity should be watch word this individual

Qualification/Experience:

• The ideal candidate should have a total of 10 years working continuous experience with proven capabilities in Media management and marketing functions.
• Ability to network and pull in clients
• He/ She should have commercial orientation with ability to run the business to profit with minimal push from board members
• He/ She must have managed a large team and prior experience in growing business
• The individual must be a” self -starter” with a strong element of dynamism.
• Willing to sacrifice time to grow business
• Ability to present a dashboard
• Ability to withstand pressure
• Expert in writing and verbal communication
• Good in proposal writing.
