Job Description

• The Business Head will be positioned to drive the business for high-efficiency metrics to enable synergies and diversity.
• The Candidate is expected to out in place strategies the would expand the business scale and increase revenue.
• He/She will be responsible for aggressively driving growth and target in order to increase sales.
• The candidate will manage all budget cost closely, define growth and create strong business units to drive profit.
• He/She will need to define the vision and mission of the company to all employees, motivate them and sets targets for performance at all levels.
• Foster teamwork and commitment within the organization in order to achieve the short, medium and long-term goal of the business.
• He/She, as Head of Business would be responsible for identifying possible business opportunities, drive marketing initiatives, market research and launching new products to grow business.
• He/ she would have spearheaded reorganization, develop plans and institute strategies for business growth.
• Candidate shall act as a focal point for implementing business plans.
