Job Position: Head of Finance & Accounts

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

• The Head of Finance & Accounts leads the finance team of the organisation and is expected to be responsible for overall financial administration of the Institute.
• He/She will ensure compliance with the Institute's financial guideline and control measures to reduce operational and financial risks.
• He/She will also manage and coordinate the overall budgeting process, review and analyse financial trends, manage cash flow and develop the financial system. 
• This individual must demonstrate critical competencies in four broad categories: commitment to results, business savvy, leading change, and motivating.

Education and Work Experience

• A minimum of Bachelor's Degree is required with at least eight (8) years’ post-graduation experience in a similar role
• Membership of ICAN or ACCA
