Job Position: Head of HMO

Job Location: Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of HMO to oversee all Health Maintenance Organisation (HMO) operations within our private hospital at Iyana Ipaja,Lagos state.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all HMO-related activities and partnerships
• Oversee HMO billing, claims submission, follow-up, and reconciliation
• Ensure compliance with HMO agreements, policies, and healthcare regulations
• Resolve HMO-related disputes, rejections, and escalations
• Monitor revenue performance and reduce outstanding HMO debts
• Liaise with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Prepare reports on HMO utilization, payments, and performance
• Lead and supervise the HMO/billing team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HMO management or hospital billing (with at least 2 years in a leadership role)
• Strong knowledge of HMO operations, tariffs, and claims processes
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in hospital management systems and MS Office
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.

Salary
Negotiable (N200,000 - N250,000 monthly) based on experience.
