We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Head of insurance Distribution

Job Location: Port Harcourt, River

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role as the Head of Distribution at SOSO CARE in Port Harcourt. The Head of Distribution will be responsible for managing business relationships, insurance distribution, team hiring, overseeing the sales team, and coordinating all distribution partnerships and management.
• They will also handle insurance-related tasks and ensure efficient distribution of our health insurance plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Business Relationship Management and Team Management skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in sales and logistics management
• Knowledge of insurance industry and practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in the insurance and healthcare industry is a plus
