Job Position: Head of Internal Audit

Job Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• We recruiting for Head of Internal Audit who will be responsible for designing and implementing effective internal audit strategies and procedures, evaluating and improving the effectiveness of risk management and internal controls, managing audit teams, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Internal Audit or a related field, including experience in managing audit teams
• Professional certification such as CIA, CISA, or CPA
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to identify and communicate key risks and audit findings to management and stakeholders
• Experience with ERP systems and data analytics tools
• Excellent knowledge of audit standards, risk management, and internal control frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective audit strategies and procedures
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Sound judgment, integrity, and ethical conduct.
