Job Summary

• The Hostess is the face of The O Lounge, responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
• This role involves managing reservations, greeting and seating guests, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
• The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Manage guest reservations, seating arrangements, and waiting lists efficiently.
• Provide information about lounge services, menu options, and special promotions.ence.
• Coordinate with servers and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
• Monitor lounge ambiance (e.g., lighting, music, and temperature) and report any issues to management.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service to enhance their experi
• Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest preferences.
• Assist with event coordination and guest communication for special bookings.
• Support management with daily reporting and customer feedback documentation.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Hostess or in a similar customer-facing role within the hospitality industry.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in reservation management systems is a plus.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
