Job Position: Hotel Front Desk Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description
Job functions includ but not limited to:

• Manage and monitor activities of all employees in the front office to ensure adherence to standard
• Oversees and participate in the prompt and courteous check-in and check-out of guest.
• Keep effective key control and participates in matters relating to customer room security

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 5years working experience in Hospitality especially front desk.
• Advanced knowledge in OPERA.
