We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Hotel Manager
Job Location: Benin City, Edo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Deliver hotel budget goals and set other short- and long-term strategic goals for the hotel.
• Developing improvement actions, carry out costs savings.
• Holding regular briefings and meetings with management and staff on key issues involving the smooth operations of the Hotel.
• Ensure full compliance to regulations relating to the operation of a hospitality business.
• Lead all key property issues including capital projects, customer service and refurbishment.
• Handling complaints, and overseeing service recovery procedures.
• Responsible for the preparation, presentation and subsequent achievement of the hotel's annual Operating Budget, Marketing & Sales Plan.
• Ensure continuous profitability of the hotel by maintaining standards and identifying new revenue generation avenues.
• Ensure all decisions are made in the best interest of the hotel and management.
• A strong understanding of P&L statements and the ability to react with impactful strategies
• Closely monitor the hotels business reports on a daily basis and take decisions accordingly.
• Ensure that monthly financial outlooks for Rooms, Food & Beverage, Admin & General, on target and accurate.
• Maximizing room yield and hotel’s revenue through innovative sales practices and yield management programs.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess Bachelor's degree / HND qualification
• Must have 3-10 years work experience.

Salary
N50,000 - N100,000 / Month
