Job Overview
- The Senior Admin/HR Officer will lead the administrative and human resource functions, ensuring efficient operations, compliance with policies, and fostering a supportive work environment.
- The ideal candidate will excel in payroll administration, employee management, and administrative tasks while driving innovation and organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Management:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies in alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, ensuring cultural and role alignment.
- Manage employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Administer staff benefits programs, including health, leave, and recognition programs.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
Payroll Administration:
- Oversee payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement.
- Manage payroll-related documentation, including overtime, deductions, and bonuses.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and pension remittances.
- Conduct monthly reconciliations and resolve payroll discrepancies promptly.
Training & Development:
- Assess training needs and design programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Develop and maintain annual training plans and individual development plans.
- Monitor training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
Administrative Oversight:
- Manage office operations, including procurement, maintenance, and inventory control.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all administrative activities.
- Coordinate the scheduling and maintenance of office equipment.
- Oversee facility management, ensuring a conducive work environment.
Performance Management:
- Drive performance appraisals and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Monitor and report key performance indicators to leadership.
- Develop and implement career pathing and succession planning initiatives.
Budgeting & Compliance:
- Assist in the preparation and management of department budgets.
- Ensure organizational compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records for audits and compliance checks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and administration.
- Proven expertise in payroll administration and labor law compliance.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and HRIS systems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience in project management and process improvement.

Salary
N177,000 - N224,000 Monthly.
