We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: HR Generalist

Job Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos,
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding:

• Assist in sourcing and recruiting top talent for architectural, design, and administrative roles.
• Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the company.

Employee Relations:

• Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment.
• Promote company culture and values through employee engagement initiatives.

HR Administration:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
• Manage HR documentation, including contracts, letters, and performance reviews.

Payroll and Benefits Administration:

• Support payroll processes by verifying attendance, leave records, and employee benefits.
• Assist in resolving payroll-related queries in a timely manner.

Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and company policies.
• Assist in updating HR policies and employee handbooks as needed.

Training and Development:

• Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for staff.
• Monitor employee development and recommend growth opportunities.

Performance Management:

• Support the implementation of performance evaluation systems.
• Track employee progress and recommend actionable insights to managers.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3years of experience in human resources, preferably within a architectural or constrction or design-focused organization.

Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.

Additional Requirements:

• Candidate must reside within Lagos Island or surrounding areas.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
