Job Summary

• We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced HR Generalist to strengthen our HR team with a strong focus on Performance Management System and Learning & Development at our branch in Ogun State.
• The HR Generalist will support core HR functions with a key emphasis on managing and improving our performance management processes and driving learning and development initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the annual performance management cycle including goal setting, performance reviews, feedback mechanisms, and performance calibration sessions.
• Partner with managers and employees to drive a culture of continuous feedback and performance development.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback and performance data.
• Provide HR support in areas such as employee relations, policy implementation and compliance.
• Identify learning needs and develop targeted training programs in alignment with business goals.
• Coordinate and facilitate in-house learning sessions, workshops and onboarding training.
• Maintain HRIS records related to performance evaluations and training activities.
• Support succession planning and talent development strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• A minimum of 4 years of HR experience with a focus on performance management and learning & development.
• Hands-on experience with performance management tools/systems and e-learning platforms.
• Strong understanding of employee development best practices.
• Excellent facilitation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• HR certification (SHRM-CP, CIPM, PHR) is a plus.
