Job Summary


  • We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Officer to support the day-to-day activities of the Human Resources Department.
  • The ideal candidate must have a comprehensive understanding of various HR functions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, educate, and implement essential HR procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and execute HR and operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity across all departments.
  • Streamline processes and procedures to improve HR and operational effectiveness and reduce costs.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development plans.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Administer employee benefits programs.
  • Implement business and HR strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies and procedures.
  • Develop, implement, and coordinate staff welfare programs/ activities aimed at enhancing employee well-being and satisfaction.
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and orientation programs.
  • Maintain internal HR systems and employee databases accurately.
  • Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Create and implement training development plans, coordinate, and monitor training sessions and workshops.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Implement initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
  • Provide strategic workforce advice and operational support.
  • Collaborate with partners to understand priorities and offer HR advice and solutions within delegated HR authorities.
  • Lead HR operational activities to ensure the timely delivery of HR solutions, prioritizing tasks based on needs and risks.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of cognate HR Function experience.
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point.
  • Ability to manage all relevant stakeholders.
  • Good Oral and Written Communication skills.
  • CIPM / CIPD / SHRM Certification is an added advantage.
  • Sound Knowledge of statutory regulations.
