We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: HR Officer / Generalist

Job Location: Ankpa Local Government, Kogi
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description
He/she shall be responsible for:

• Onboarding of new hires
• Updating and applying all HR policies and company's policy, processes and procedure.
• Generate official internal documents such as offer letters, sanction letters etc.
• Maintain physical and digital files for employees.
• Taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addressing employee grievances.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 2 - 5 years of work experience.
