Job Position: HR Officer

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We're seeking an experienced HR Officer to join our team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities, including job posting, screening, and interviews
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
• Assist in developing and enforcing HR policies and procedures
• Support employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes
• Manage performance appraisals and training programs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
• Prepare periodic HR reports and support payroll processing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2-3 years of core HR experience
• Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of confidentiality, integrity, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
