Job Position: HR / Operations Executive

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Role Description

• The role is fully on-site and located in Lagos. As an HR/Operations Executive, you will be responsible for day-to-day HR and operations tasks.
• Your responsibilities will include managing employee records, recruitment and onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, handling employee grievances, full operational support to each unit of the Hospital, implementing HR policies and procedures, coordinating with departments and head of units to ensure smooth operations, and providing support to the management team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
• 2y+ Proven of work experience as an HR/Operations Executive or similar role in an Hospital
• Good understanding of Hospital Operations and management
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Sound knowledge of HR functions and best practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and regulations
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
