What You’ll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process
• Source, screen, and interview candidates
• Build a strong talent pipeline
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Ensure a positive candidate experience

What We’re Looking For

• B.Sc./HND in Human Resources, Business Admin, or related field
• 3–5 years of recruitment or HR experience
• Excellent communication & people skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with ATS/HR software is a plus.
